During our recent trip to Le Continental, I truly embraced the serene spirit of the Gers region while accompanied by my family members who were in town for a wedding. The hotel’s location next to the river offered breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, providing a perfect backdrop for our evening drinks on the lovely shaded terrace amidst the lush garden. The staff was incredibly accommodating; I can't emphasize enough how Veronica at reception went above and beyond to assist us in arranging transport for the family, ensuring everyone made it to the wedding without a hitch. Our garden room was spacious and well-appointed, allowing us to recharge after a long day of celebrations. In the mornings, we began our days with coffee by the serene pool area, complemented by the promise of a leisurely visit to the spa later on. Though the menu at the restaurant was somewhat limited, the cozy ambiance of Les Jardins de la Baïse made every meal enjoyable. Le Continental is an authentic escape, ideal for anyone seeking a mix of relaxation and exploration. Whether traveling solo or with loved ones, this hotel offers a delightful experience that feels like a home away from home in the heart of the Gers. I look forward to revisiting and encouraging friends on a journey through this picturesque region together.
